Notification Details
1. Candidates should have passed +2 from a recognized board.2. Selection will be based on Computer based Written examination and Descriptive test.3. Pay scale will be Rs. 5,200 to 20,200/- with grade pay of Rs. 2,400/- and Rs. 1,900.4. Number of vacancies is 898 for Lower division clerk, 2,359 for Postal assistant and 02 for Data Entry Operator.5. SSC CHSL Computer Based Examination (Tier-I) Tier-1 Exam Detail6. The overall time for Tier-1 online exam is 60 minutes only7. No. of Questions in exam will be 100 only.8.There will be 25 Questions per Section.9. Negative marking in Tier-1 Exam is 0.50 marks

English Language (Basic Knowledge) (25 Questions of 50 Marks)

General Intelligence (25 Questions of 50 Marks)

Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill) (25 Questions of 50 Marks)

General Awareness (25 Questions of 50 Marks)

SSC CHSL Tier-2 (Descriptive Paper) Exam Detail

This is good news for all candidates that there is No change in the Exam Pattern. Exam conduct in paper/ Pen mode

Time duration – 1 Hours

Total Number of Marks: 100 Marks

Essay writing – 200 to 250 Words

Letter/ Application up to 200 to 250 Words

Language- Hindi or English

NOTE : Minimum 33% marks required to qualify

SSC CHSL Tier-3 (Qualify Nature) Detail

This will be Skill Test/ Typing Test which would be of qualifying nature. The final merit of the successful candidates would be determined on the basis of total score obtained by them in Tier-I and Tier-II.
